The program will get you stronger than ever while challenging all muscle groups using only Kettlebells. The exercises consist of compound moves that will enhance muscle growth and improve strength with stability. Use a variety of weights to overload the body as you notice strength gains. Weight or volume (reps) can be a way to add overload for strength and muscle size.
