With a degree in Kinesiology, Dakota understands what it takes to help his clients improve their functionality and become stronger than ever before.

Dakota has worked with various types of clients from young athletes to rehab patients to adults wanting strength & weight loss.

Dakota  provides quality training with a focus on mobility, stability and strength with various movement patterns. The goal is to provide a service that will inspire everyone to not only train their body's, but also their minds day by day in order to become the strongest version of themselves.
